Scheduled Tasks Page
This page allows you to add an application from your project to the Windows Task Scheduler.
Adding a new task
Use the [New Task ] toolbar button, the “New Task” context menu item or press the Insert key while the list is focused. The Edit Task dialog will be displayed allowing you to specify the task settings.
Importing a new task
Use the[Import Task ] toolbar button, the “Import Task” context menu item or press theCtrl+Insert key while the list is focused. You will be prompted to select the scheduled task files to import. Multiple selection is available for batch import.
Editing a task
Use the[Properties ] toolbar button, the “Properties” context menu item or press theEnter key while a task is selected. The Edit Task dialog will be displayed allowing you to specify the task settings.
Deleting a task
Use the[Delete ] toolbar button, the “Delete” context menu item or press the Delete key while a task is selected.
Using this feature requires to have Task Scheduler service installed on the target computer. If not an warning message will appear explaining to the user why the command fails. If the Task Scheduler service is installed but not running when this command is called the service is started automatically.
